SPEEDWAY, Indiana – Indianapolis Motor Speedway President Doug Boles is one of the greatest men in motorsports making sure his patrons have a top-notch experience when visiting IMS. That giving spirit never leaves Mr. Boles as this Thanksgiving he’ll spend his time at a local homeless shelter, carving leftover tenderloins shaped like a turkey.
“We’ve got a lot leftover, so we stacked them up in the shape of a turkey,” said Boles, “I think the homeless of Speedway will appreciate it. It’s the least I could do. We’ll include all the fixin’s. Tenderloins are the turkey, buns are the rolls, fries are the mashed potatoes, and I won’t mention what the stuffing is, but it’s good. It’s a new take on the Thanksgiving Dinner, Indy 500 style.”
