INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana – The 2021 Indycar season is right around the corner and lineups are starting to get filled. Instead of bringing in the up-and-coming drivers however, Indycar is taking the approach of getting old, washed up, drivers that have been racing for 30+ years. “We don’t need more Oliver Askews, Kyle Kaisers, or Ed Jones,” said Indycar owner Roger Penske, “Give me Helio, Jimmie Johnson, or Seb Bourdais any day. It’s called name recognition.”

“Out with the new, in with the old drivers. That’s my motto!”
