TEMECULA, California – Callaway Motorsports, makers of the Corvette C7R GT3 machine, are adamant that they will not be affected by the automotive factory shut downs during the Covid-19 outbreak.  “It really shouldn’t affect us at all,” said Callaway Motorsports Head of Engineering, “I think we proved in 2018 that we really don’t do anything worth a damn, so being ‘shut down’ temporarily is just like any other day, especially as we get ready for a racing season.”

Callaway confirmed they put a bid in to GM for developing and building the C8R GT3 machine for next season with the main selling point of not doing anything.
