SEBRING, Florida – The Italian Ferrari 488 GTE is set to miss the upcoming Sebring race event after testing positive for Coronoavirus.  “The prancing horse 488 was showing signs of Covid-19 during a recent test in Italy, as the engine was running hot with a fever and had a sore exhaust and sounded a bit throaty.  Well, the 488 GTE has officially tested positive and will unfortunately miss Sebring,” said Dr. Daniele Macchini.

It is unclear when the next time the Ferrari 488 will race, as the 4.L V8 turbo-powered machine will be in isolation for at least 14 days.
