TURIN, Italy – Fiat and Peugeot have announced a 50-50 merger between the two large automotive conglomerates and look to become the World’s least reliable car company, jumping ahead of Ford and GM, but still behind Volkswagen Auto Group.  “Our merger is a huge opportunity to take a stronger position in the auto industry by becoming the least reliable auto group,” says Carlos Tavares Peugeot CEO “as we seek to master the transition to a world of clean, safe, sustainable and unreliable mobility –  and to convince our customers they are getting world-class products, technology and services, we join forces with Fiat to, ultimately, sell more parts.”

Times are changing and the next market for automotive manufacturers is highly priced, but cheaply made, replacement parts covered by poor warranty wording to really stick it to our customers.”
