INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana – New-for-2020 Indycar Series team Arrow McLaren SP revealed their logo late last week in an effort to help fans easily identify what car is DNFing or not qualifying for a race.  “We’re now associated with McLaren, one of the biggest names in Formula 1,” said Sam Schmidt, team owner, “So we needed to do something to standout and let fans know what car was sitting at the side of the track or being pushed into the garages during a race after DNFing.”

AMSP river James Hinchliffe said, “It’s more than just being easily seen and having a car painted in traditional McLaren orange.  It’s about the brand and this new logo gives us that brand.  Every time a car shuts off for no reason or sits there in the pits not qualifying for the Indy 500, they’ll think Arrow McLaren SP.”
