DAYTONA BEACH, Florida – In what was supposed to be a secure meeting for IMSA to move the DPi 2.0 technical regulations along, two dozen representatives from the ACO stormed the closed-door session.  “We’re going to try and go in there, and we’re going to try to figure out what’s going on, on behalf of the millions of sportscar racing fans that we represent that want to see this formula working for them and not obsess with attacking a hypercar formula who we believe has not done anything to deserve the bad press it gets,” said Pierre Fillion, ACO President.

Like, what even are they doing?” said newly-named IMSA President John Doonan, “Those idiots come into our room, with their phones, and just stand around staring at us with their frog eyes smoking super skinny cigarettes.  We get it, it’s weird for an organization to actually plan ahead and give teams and manufacturers time to settle on and build to a new formula, but can you fools just go away?”
