LONDON, England – Newly elected Prime Minister Boris Johnson is a bold and boisterous character and really upped his game during his confirmation speech on Tuesday as he claimed Williams F1 would win a race by October 31, 2019.  Despite being at the back of the grid for every session with two bad drivers, a design and engineering crew made up of coffee-running interns, and a leadership team that knows more about steeping tea than running a race team, Johnson voiced his confidence that the program would return to its 90’s winning ways.  “Hi, dudes, we’re going to show the country and world that Williams F1 is here to stay, Williams F1 is still a power, and Williams F1 will win by October 31st, dead or alive!” said Johnson as he strapped himself to a zip line attached to the top of Big Ben and zipped off to nowhere in particular.
