WASHINGTON, D.C.- As the 4th of July approaches, President Trump promises that this year’s celebration will be bigger than ever and feature brand new IndyCar models from Lola and Reynard. “And we’re gonna have some IndyCars stationed outside… So we have to put them in certain areas but we have the brand new Lolas and we have the brand new Reynards,” said the President, while addressing reporters on the White House lawn.
Critics on Twitter were quick to point out that neither Lola nor Reynard have been involved in top tier America open wheel racing in over a decade with the former ceasing to exist completely in 2012. Sources at the Pentagon speaking to the the Lugg Nutt on the condition of anonymity were skeptical of the display but still expected to roll out some old CART cars done up with current Team Penske and Chip Ganassi Racing liveries. Pippa Mann will also be on hand to sign autographs.
