WATKINS GLEN, New York- The third round of the IMSA Michelin Endurance Cup takes place this Sunday and is recognized as one of the most anticipated races on the IMSA schedule. While not quite as good as the Motul Petit Le Mans in October, the Sahlen’s Six Hours of The Glen is definitely better than the Chevrolet Detroit Grand Prix held in June. Explaining why so many in the paddock felt this way, Earl Bamber defended the line of reasoning, “10 hours is longer than 6 hours, and you can not argue with that. Watkins Glen is sort of a sprint race but not really. Detroit just kind of blows so the bar is pretty low. If you want to be more specific, most rank this weekend higher than Lime Rock but lower than Mid-Ohio.”

Asked where Sebring would rank Bamber just mimicked vomiting before heading back to the Porsche trailer.
