GLENCOE, Minnesota – Upon the conclusion of the first IMSA race on NBCSN, fans from all over the country expressed concerns about the quality of coverage provided by the series’ new TV partner. Attention to detail and visible enthusiasm by everyone involved was too much for many viewers to take. “My husband and I were watching and enjoying the race. Commercials were few and the commentary really made me feel like I was there,” declared fan Becky Stolk. “My husband had to reassure our kids this was really happening and to not be alarmed. Years of neglect on Fox Sports made everyone too comfortable.” Stolk’s biggest worry was that IMSA might start to become popular again along with IndyCar which NBCSN also had the nerve of caring about.
