STUTTGART, Germany – Porsche, along with their team of food scientists, has partnered with hippie grocery store chain Whole Foods in an effort to create and market gluten-free wing end plates and dive planes on all of their race cars.  “Carbon Fiber is old tech and with our drivers so into fitness these days, we’ve decided to create something that is sustainable and can give Patrick Pilet something guilt-free to munch on after he crashes out of a race and not have to worry about consuming gluten.

Starting with the 2019 season, all Porsche race cars will be fitted with the gluten-free parts with road-going versions only available in California.
