LEMONT, Illinois — After yet another horrible loss at the hands of a professional hockey team, local pro sports car owner David Smerhoff decided to restart his team for 2019. “Normally, I would enjoy the racing offseason with some good ‘ol rough and tumble hockey, but now it seems like they’re just in it for a paycheck” Smerhoff said. “I’d rather deal with the nuances of BoP than sit and watch a rookie coach trudge his way through a once great force.”  Driver lineup and what he will be running has yet to be set, as Smerhoff is still trying to figure out the formula he’s allowed to run next year. He added, “I’ll have Red Barron Racing on the grid for the Timex next year, don’t worry. As soon as we get a pay driver. Or a super silver.”
